This fitness retreat is great for people at all levels of fitness whether you are a frequent gym goer or with no training experience at all. Residing at the charming river side lodge Reka Hisa, all transfers are included to and from the airport and also to each journey, activity or workout. Organic and fresh Breakfast, lunch and a three course dinner is included in your package.

Other than your workouts, great activities are included in these fitness retreats like kayaking, hiking andcanyoning. This retreat consists of four nights and five days and you can choose to stay in a single, double or twin rooms.

Outdoor Activities

Kayaking – Guided kayaking with instruction. One can paddle or learn kayaking on the Sava Bohinjska River. This is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advance kayaking. Duration is approximately 3 hours.

Hiking – Hiking on local mountain and woodland trails.

Canyoning – Guided canyoning around Bohinj area. This activity involves crawling through narrow passages, sliding down natural slopes and jumping into natural pools. Level is easy to moderate and the duration for this activity is 3-4 hours approximately.
